Gorka’s channel, “America First with Sebastian Gorka,” was removed after he promoted false claims about election fraud, including endorsing a discredited documentary by Mike Lindell that alleged widespread voter fraud.
Despite his removal from YouTube, Gorka has maintained a media presence through his radio show and appearances on Newsmax TV.
In his current role within the Trump administration, Gorka has drawn criticism for his comments regarding immigration enforcement. In April 2025, he suggested that individuals opposing the deportation of Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a Salvadoran man with U.S. citizen children who was deported despite a court order, were “aiding and abetting criminals and terrorists.” Gorka stated, “There’s a line that divides us. Do you love America, or do you hate America?” implying that critics of the administration’s deportation policies were unpatriotic.
